The New York State legislature passed an important school bus safety bill that, if signed by Governor Cuomo, will mean all school bus drivers will be subjected to random drug and alcohol testing. Â Lobbying and advocacy efforts by PC Public Affairs helped get the legislation passed in the Senate and Assembly in the final days of the state’s legislative session.
